In addition, technical equipment is arranged to ensure the Center operates stably. The team of cadres and civil servants working at the Center are also trained in operating procedures and thoroughly understand how to maintain a quick style, ready to support the people to build a professional and friendly working environment, ensuring the Center's operation is connected, smooth, effective and uninterrupted".
Therefore, in recent days, the People's Committee of Dam Rong 2 commune has directed the Center, cadres and civil servants to fully prepare conditions in terms of facilities, equipment, documents, and posting of administrative procedures (TTHC) under its authority, ready to support people in performing online TTHC... The Center has arranged 6 civil servants to receive, process and return results of the dossiers; at the same time, arranged from 4 to 5 union members, youth, postal staff, civil servants to guide people in submitting dossiers online. In addition, the Center has guided people on the TTHC dossiers in the fields of land, health insurance, and pensions so that people can prepare the dossiers before submitting them to the Center.
From July 1 to July 23, the Dam Rong 2 Commune Public Service Center received 230 applications; of which, 182 applications were received online and 48 applications were received directly. Thereby, the number of applications resolved was 89; of which 86 applications returned results before the deadline and on time; 3 applications returned overdue. The number of applications being resolved was 91 and the deadline for returning results has not yet come.
Coming to do some land registration procedures at the PVHCC Center of Dam Rong 2 commune, Mr. Ro Ha Soel (Hamlet 1) expressed his satisfaction with the service attitude of the officials and civil servants here. "Unlike before, people were very hesitant to come to do paperwork because they had to wait a long time and it took many days to complete. However, today I came here, and with enthusiastic guidance from the Center's officials, I quickly completed the procedures," said Mr. Ha Soel.
According to the assessment of Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung - Deputy Director of the Civil Status Center of Dam Rong 2 Commune: "In addition to the advantages, the Center also encountered some difficulties such as: the software was unstable; some records on the national public service portal system could not transfer data to the civil status software.
In order to effectively implement the work of controlling administrative procedures, in the coming time, the PVHCC Center will continue to improve the quality of service, reduce the rate of late records; review and publicly post fully, promptly and accurately the administrative procedures under its authority. At the same time, maintain the mechanism of receiving and handling suggestions and feedback from individuals, organizations and enterprises on administrative procedure regulations; on the behavior of officials and civil servants by publicly announcing hotlines and suggestion boxes.
