Ready for the opening ceremony of the first World Cultural Festival in Hanoi

The opening ceremony of the first World Cultural Festival in Hanoi officially takes place, opening the journey where culture connects hearts and compassion has no borders. Many international art troupes, along with thousands of spectators, millions of hearts – are turning to Thang Long Imperial Citadel to witness the historic moment, when Hanoi becomes the cultural rendezvous of the world.

On the evening of October 9, at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel Center, a rehearsal for the Opening Ceremony of the first World Cultural Festival in Hanoi took place. Attending the rehearsal were Ms. Ngo Phuong Ly - Wife of General Secretary To Lam; Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung; Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh and leaders of a number of relevant Departments and Offices of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Minister Nguyen Van Hung emphasized that this is the first festival held in Vietnam, so all preparations need to be carried out meticulously and professionally.
