Low mountainous areas ( including Bao Yen, Bao Thang, Van Ban districts and some lowland communes of Bat Xat and Muong Khuong districts) : Cloudy, scattered rain, showers and thunderstorms at night and early morning; locally moderate rain, Southeast wind level 2, temperature from 25 ^o C to 31 ^o C, average humidity above 80%.

High mountainous areas ( including Bat Xat, Muong Khuong, and Simacai districts ) : Cloudy, with scattered rain, moderate rain, and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain, Southeast wind level 2, cold at night and early morning, temperature from 20 to 27 ^{degrees Celsius} , average humidity above 85%.

Lao Cai City : Cloudy, sometimes rain, showers and thunderstorms at night and early morning, Southeast wind level 2, temperature from 25 ^o C to 31 ^o C, average humidity above 80%.

Sa Pa tourist area : Cloudy, sometimes rainy, moderate rain and thunderstorms, south wind level 2, cold at night and early morning, temperature from 19 C to 22 ^o C, average humidity over 90%.

Bac Ha tourist area : Cloudy, sometimes rainy, moderate rain and thunderstorms, Southeast wind level 2, cold at night and early morning, temperature from 20 ^o C to 27 ^o C, average humidity above 85%.
