Accordingly, in order to have a basis to continue implementing compensation, site clearance, land allocation and implementing the following documents and procedures (land allocation, land lease; land use fee calculation...), investing in construction to complete the entire project, the Provincial People's Committee agreed to divide the progress of the investment project to build housing in Bach Dat Urban Area in Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc New Urban Area as follows:
By the end of June 2025, complete land and construction procedures and start construction on an area of about 5 hectares; by August 2025, basically complete construction, ensuring resettlement conditions; by the end of August 2025, complete land and construction procedures and start construction on the remaining area of about 3.1 hectares; by the end of December 2025, complete construction and accept the project for operation.
The Provincial People's Committee requested Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company (investor) to take full responsibility for the results of working with people related to the project implementation progress; at the same time, ensure that no complaints or lawsuits arise during the implementation process.
The Company shall base on the content of the project implementation progress divergence to promptly implement the next procedures to ensure compliance with the laws on land, construction, housing, real estate business and other relevant laws; take full responsibility before the law for any violations in project investment, construction and real estate business at the project.
