Today, July 19, Hanoi University of Science and Technology (USTH) announced the threshold to ensure input quality (admission floor score) based on the high school graduation exam score (PT4) for university training programs in 2025. Accordingly, 18 is the floor score to receive admission applications for most of the school's training programs.

For the medical science and technology program, the school requires candidates to have a minimum score of 19 points in their application, 20 points in pharmacy, and 24 points in semiconductor technology.
Dual degree programs and aviation engineering programs do not use high school graduation exam results for admission.
However, the above-mentioned minimum score for the pharmaceutical industry is only an estimated level. After the Ministry of Education and Training announces the threshold to ensure input quality for programs in the health industry group, the school may adjust this minimum score to comply with the Ministry's regulations.
USTH also announced that it will continue to accept applications for the third round of admission for the school's three separate admission methods (PT1, PT2, PT3) until July 21. The minimum score for these three methods ranges from 50 to 70 (on a 100-point scale), depending on the training program.
Dr. Nguyen Thanh Hien, Deputy Head of Admissions and Communications Department of USTH, affirmed that with this admission round, candidates will be considered fairly as in rounds 1 and 2. This is an opportunity for candidates who have the ability and passion for science and technology , but have not achieved the desired results in the high school graduation exam.
The specific floor scores of 20 training programs of USTH are as follows:
