
Hanoi University of Science and Technology has just announced the results of the 3rd round of the 2026 Thinking Skills Assessment (TSA) exam, with over 22,000 candidates registering to take the exam. The exam took place over two days, May 16-17, at 32 testing locations in Hanoi and 11 provinces and cities, with a participation rate of 97%.
According to the grading results, the highest score in the third round was 93.76/100. The top scorer was a student from Ninh Giang High School ( Hai Phong ).
This exam session recorded 6 candidates scoring above 90 points, 83 candidates scoring above 80 points, and 878 candidates scoring above 70 points. The average score for the entire session was 53.17/100.

Here are the top 10 schools with the highest-scoring candidates in the third round of the TSA selection process.
Across all three TSA exam sessions in 2026, Hanoi University of Science and Technology organized exams for nearly 60,000 candidates.
The highest score for the entire year was 98.98/100.
Statistics show that 13 candidates scored above 90 points, 175 candidates scored above 80 points, and 1,577 candidates scored above 70 points. The average score for the year was 54.96/100.
Candidates can check their exam results for the third round through their registered account on the TSA system of Hanoi University of Science and Technology. The university will issue a Certificate of Exam Results in the form of an electronic signature and send it directly to the registered exam account.
This electronic certificate can be used to complete the university admission application.
According to Hanoi University of Science and Technology, the results of the Thinking Skills Assessment test are currently being used by more than 50 higher education institutions in the admissions process for the 2026 enrollment season.
