Many households have become well-off, with annual income from 150 million VND to over 1 billion VND thanks to using loans for the right purposes.

Thanks to timely access to loans from Agribank Mai Son Branch, Manh Thang Company Limited expanded its production of lingzhi mushrooms, invested in additional equipment, and applied new technology. Mr. Dao Ngoc Thang, Director of Manh Thang Company Limited, a long-time customer of Agribank Mai Son Branch, shared: Currently, the Company has invested nearly 30 billion VND to buy additional heat drying cabinets, sterilization dryers, slicing machines, mushroom steaming tunnels with a designed capacity of 30 tons/year and expanded the synchronous production workshop, from the incubation to the harvesting stage. Along with that, the investment is to complete the inoculation rooms, mycelium incubation and the nurturing workshop with an area of ​​8,000 m² to meet the conditions and standards for mushroom growth and development. Mr. Lo Van Tien, Me Lech village, Mai Son commune, recalled: In 2019, my family was able to borrow 500 million VND to convert the local custard apple garden to durian custard apple variety, installing an automatic irrigation system. Currently, the family is taking care of 1 hectare of custard apple in an organic way, annually producing 15 tons of fruit, earning 400 million VND/year.
