Condolences on the mine fire in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Upon hearing of the mine fire in Karaganda province, Republic of Kazakhstan, causing loss of life and property, on October 31, President Vo Van Thuong sent a telegram of condolences to President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
