Condolence message regarding the mine fire in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Upon learning of the mine fire in Karaganda province, Republic of Kazakhstan, which caused loss of life and property, on October 31, President Vo Van Thuong sent a message of condolences to President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
