The Hanoi Traffic Management and Operation Center has just announced the coordination of organizing public transport activities by bus and urban railway, during traffic diversion, serving the preliminary rehearsal of the parade on August 27, 2025.
Adjusting routes for 31 bus routes during traffic diversion for the Preliminary Review, including: Adjusting routes for 12 routes (route numbers 16, 01, 03A, 30, 33, 27, 51, 42, 161, E02, E03, 48); Adjusting U-turns for 39 routes (BRT routes 01, 11, 12, 28, 17, 36, 54, 02, 04, 13, 22A, 26, 32, 40, 50, 52, 90, 98, 99, 100, 107, 86, 08A, 08B, 09A, OB, 19, 25, 35A, 49, 58, 60A, 65, 143, 142, E09, 43, 47A, 69).
Add 1 bus route connecting to Cat Linh station (route 35A) and 3 bus routes connecting to Cau Giay station (route 22A, 50, 107) to increase passenger clearance. Adjust services for 31 bus routes to serve the Preliminary review session. In particular, adjusting services from the time of traffic diversion for 5 routes (route numbers 35A, 25, 43, 50, 26), adjusting services and extending operating hours to 22:00-24:00 for 26 routes (route numbers 72, 123, 27, 49, 124, E01, E04, E06, E09, E02, 08A, 08B, 09B, 21A, 02, 22A, 32, 107, BRT01, 20A, 58, 28, 62, 91, 102, 114) to increase passenger clearance connecting to transfer points, terminal stations, and stations along the way of 2 urban railway routes (additionally increasing the operating hours of 4 bus routes number 62, 62A, 62B ... 114, 102, 91 to connect and relieve passengers at Yen Nghia station).
At Cat Linh station , 7 bus routes (02, 99, 142, 08B, E02, E09, 35A) are organized to access and relieve passengers at Cat Linh station with 67 vehicles, frequency 5-8 minutes/trip.
At Cau Giay station (Cau Giay transfer point), 14 bus routes (143, 58, 13, 161, 09B, 90, 25, 32, 28, 49, 09A, 07, 96, 105) are organized to access and relieve passengers at Cat Linh station with 121 vehicles, frequency 3-5 minutes/trip.
At Long Bien transfer point , 09 bus routes (69, 47A, 43, 65, 54, 100, 98, 17, 11) are organized to access and relieve passengers at Long Bien transfer point with 88 vehicles, frequency 5-7 minutes/trip. The increased relief time of bus routes is from 21:00 to 24:00.
For routes with adjusted routes, adjusted endpoints, and adjusted U-turns, follow the prescribed route until 4:30 p.m. or until requested by the authorities. From the time the road is closed at the request of the authorities until the end of the shift, the adjusted plan will be followed.
For bus routes that need to make service adjustments, follow the adjusted schedule (from 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.) from the time of road closure as requested by authorities.
The Hanoi Traffic Management and Operation Center requires operating units to prepare sufficient vehicles and reserve personnel to increase passenger clearance when required according to the number of registered reserve vehicles.
For Hanoi Railway One Member Co., Ltd., Hanoi City Traffic Management and Operation Center proposed to extend the operating hours of 2 urban railway lines to 24:00 (from 5:30-24:00).
For route 2A , train intervals will be 6 minutes and 30 seconds from 10:00 to 24:00, and 10 minutes for the remaining time slots. Be ready to reserve additional trains when needed and have plans to add additional trips after 24 hours to ensure transportation until all passengers are gone.
For route 3.1 , train runs will be spaced 6 minutes apart from 10am to midnight, and 10 minutes apart for the remaining time slots. Be ready to reserve additional trains when needed. At the same time, the responsible unit will prepare and issue enough spare paper tickets on the 2 urban railway routes to ensure the case of a sudden increase in passengers.
