On January 9, Tuyen Quang City Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on transferring Mr. Pham Quoc Chuong, Director of the Department of Construction to work at Tuyen Quang City People's Committee; appointing him to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Tuyen Quang City Party Committee, term 2020-2025.

At the same time, the conference introduced Mr. Chuong to be elected by the City People's Council to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang City for the 2021-2026 term.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Mr. Ma The Hong, Head of the Organization Board of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, believes and expects that Mr. Pham Quoc Chuong will promote his knowledge and experience, together with the Party Committee, agency leaders, civil servants, public employees and workers in the new working unit to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Pham Quoc Chuong promised to use all his intelligence and creativity, strive to complete the assigned tasks, for the common development of Tuyen Quang city.

Mr. Pham Quoc Chuong was born in 1971, professional qualification: University of Transport, major in construction economics; political theory qualification: advanced.

Ms. Ha Thi Nga holds the position of Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee Ms. Ha Thi Nga, President of the Vietnam Women's Union, was mobilized and appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
