Dien Bien TV - On the afternoon of April 16, the National Assembly delegation of the province, including delegate Lo Thi Luyen, Deputy Head of the Specialized Delegation, in charge of the National Assembly Delegation of the province; Major General Trang A Tua, Director of the Department of Building the National Security Movement, Ministry of Public Security , met with voters before the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly in Nam Po district. Attending the meeting with voters was comrade Giang Thi Hoa, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

At the meeting with voters, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation informed voters about the expected content and program of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly ; collected opinions on the drafts: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Organization of Local Government; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Council Deputies; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Cadres and Civil Servants. The session is expected to open on May 5, 2025 and close on June 28, 2025.
The session will be held in two phases (phase 1, from May 5 to May 28, 2025; phase 2, from June 11 to June 28, 2025) to consider and decide on amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution; consider and pass 30 laws and 7 resolutions; give opinions on 6 draft laws; consider and decide on socio -economic issues, the State budget, supervision and other important issues serving the work of arranging and organizing the apparatus; socio-economic development; and national development.

Voters of Nam Po district requested clarification and specific guidance on the organization of the apparatus as well as guidance on the implementation of policies and regimes according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP on policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the implementation of the organization of the political system and Decree 67/2025/ND-CP amending Decree 178/2024/ND-CP; the implementation of the 2-level local government model and requesting competent authorities to supplement funding for infrastructure construction.
Nam Po district has quickly reported the results of the implementation of national target programs on new rural construction and sustainable poverty reduction for the 2021-2025 period; socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the 2021-2030 period. Up to now, the results of reducing the poverty rate have achieved the target set by the resolution; 100% of poor households, near-poor households, and newly escaped poverty households in need of support for connection, counseling, career orientation and job search; 80% of communes have asphalted or concreted car roads to the center...
Delegate Lo Thi Luyen took note of voters’ opinions and recommendations; at the same time, discussed and clarified some issues that voters were interested in. In the coming time, the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies will continue to pay attention to and monitor the transmission and results of handling and responding to voters’ opinions and recommendations to the National Assembly, the Government, central ministries, branches and functional agencies; ensuring that opinions are promptly resolved, meeting the expectations of voters and the People./.
