
1. Time and place
- Duration: From July 12th to July 17th, 2026 (round trip)
- Location: Seoul (South Korea)
2. Objectives
- To introduce the policies, industrial development orientations, and support mechanisms of the Vietnamese Government , especially in the processing, manufacturing, and supporting industries, to the Korean business community;
- To promote the potential for industrial development, production capacity, and opportunities for production and business cooperation in Vietnam;
- Organize direct business matching and networking activities between Vietnamese enterprises and Korean enterprises, associations, and trade promotion organizations to promote trade cooperation, expand markets, and participate more deeply in value chains and supply chains;
- To survey and learn from South Korea's experience in industrial development, production organization, and business support;
- To understand the import needs, market trends, and cooperation orientations of Korean businesses, in order to promote trade and support Vietnamese businesses.
3. Delegation Size: Approximately 25 members are expected from local areas, industrial parks, industrial clusters, and businesses.
4. Industry Sector: Multi-sector, prioritizing industrial products/services, electrical and electronic products, manufacturing, furniture, textiles, leather and footwear, agricultural products, food, etc.
5. Participants: Representatives from industry associations, trade and investment promotion centers, export businesses, industrial infrastructure development businesses, businesses from all other economic sectors (hereinafter referred to as businesses), and representatives from ministries, government agencies, and local authorities.
6. Main activities
- In coordination with the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) and the Vietnamese Trade Office in Korea, we organized the Vietnam-Korea Trade and Investment Cooperation Conference at KOTRA headquarters in Seoul.
- In collaboration with the Korea International Trade Association (KITA), the ASEAN-Korea Center (AKC), the Korea Importers Association (KOIMA), and the Vietnamese Trade Office in Korea, we organized the Vietnam-Korea Business Conference at the KITA headquarters in Seoul.
- Coordinate with KITA, AKC, KOIMA, and the Vietnamese Trade Office in Korea to arrange direct working programs for Vietnamese businesses to meet with Korean partners.
- Coordinate with KOTRA to arrange a work program with the Incheon Free Economic Zone. (IFEZ).

7. Criteria for selecting participating businesses
- Businesses with good business results in the last two years, capable of exporting, producing, and trading goods with designs and quality that meet international standards, especially those with the potential to export to the South Korean market or those engaged in trade promotion activities in other markets;
- Vietnamese industrial infrastructure development enterprises aim to attract investment in industrial development to promote the export of output products from factories within the industrial production linkage ecosystem in industrial parks and clusters;
- The personnel assigned to the delegation have sufficient competence to conduct transactions with international clients;
- Application documents must be submitted within the specified timeframe;
- The list of selected businesses will be chosen by the Organizing Committee in descending order based on the scoring system.
8. Funding
a. Government support:
- Each enterprise selected to participate in the delegation will receive state support for one round-trip air ticket from Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City to Seoul and back to Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City for one representative of the enterprise, and a portion of the costs for organizing conferences, seminars, and trade exchanges during the trip, as stipulated in Circular No. 11/2019/TT-BCT dated July 30, 2019, of the Ministry of Industry and Trade guiding the implementation of trade promotion activities for foreign trade development under the National Trade Promotion Program.
- Organizing unit's management fee: 5,000,000 VND/enterprise (Five million Vietnamese Dong). The Center for Trade Promotion and Investment Support (Promocen) - Trade Promotion Department, as the service provider for organizing the delegation, will collect this fee from enterprises and be responsible for providing VAT invoices to enterprises selected to participate.
- Other expenses will be covered by the unit.
- In addition, businesses selected to participate in the delegation will continue to receive support from the Trade Promotion Department after the program concludes, in connecting them with potential Korean partners (if any) according to their needs.
b. For other cases (not units in the supported group mentioned in clause a): The participating unit will bear all costs of participating in the delegation.
c. Deposit fee
- Each business must deposit 20,000,000 VND/person/business (twenty million Vietnamese Dong) upon submitting their registration application. The deposit should be transferred to:

Account number: 1056430612, Vietnam Foreign Trade Commercial Bank - SGD (Vietcombank). Bank address: 11 Lang Ha Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.
+ Transfer details: Company name + deposit for the South Korea program + number of participants.
- The method for settling the deposit payment is as follows:
+ For businesses that have completed the registration procedures but are not selected to participate in the delegation, 100% of their deposit will be refunded.
+ For businesses that have completed their registration obligations and been selected to participate in the Delegation but cancel their participation after June 30, 2026, the deposit will not be refunded. The Organizing Committee will use this deposit to cover the costs of organizing the Delegation.
+ For businesses that have completed the registration procedures, been selected to participate in the delegation, and submitted all necessary documents for a visa to enter South Korea under the delegation program but are not granted a visa, the Organizing Committee will refund the deposit after deducting the visa fee and any related expenses (if any).
+ For businesses that participated in the delegation and fully complied with the regulations of the Organizing Committee, the deposit will be refunded after the delegation's program ends.
9. Obligations of businesses when participating
- Complete the registration form to join the Youth Union and strictly adhere to the rules and regulations of the Youth Union organizing committee.
- After the tour ends, within 10 days:
+ Participating agencies and businesses must submit a report on the results (according to the prescribed form) to the Trade Promotion Department.
+ For businesses in the supported group, the following notarized copies must be submitted to the Trade Promotion Department: passport page 1, page with Korean entry visa and Korean entry/exit stamps (if applicable); boarding passes in Vietnam and Korea.
10. Requirements for application documents to join the Delegation
- Application forms (Form 1, Form 2 as attached);
- Business registration certificate, establishment license (certified copy or copy bearing the company seal);
- A passport photo of the participant, valid for at least 6 months;
Note : Businesses registering to participate must submit one soft copy of their application.

11. Registration deadline: Friday, May 22, 2026. Due to the limited number of businesses eligible for support, the Trade Promotion Department will officially notify businesses after the list of participating businesses is approved. Agencies and businesses are responsible for nominating their own personnel to participate in the delegation.
