Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association provides free legal advice.

To practically celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Vietnamese Lawyers (October 10, 1945 - October 10, 2025) and Vietnam Law Day, the Executive Board of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association will organize a program of free legal dissemination, education, and consultation at the headquarters of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association and the headquarters of law firms in Ho Chi Minh City.

Lawyers from the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association provide free legal advice to residents in Long Thoi commune, Cho Lach district, Ben Tre province (formerly).

For many years, the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association has organized free legal consultation activities for people in Ho Chi Minh City and many other provinces and cities, especially on the occasion of the Vietnamese Lawyers' Traditional Day and Vietnamese Law Day.

This year, with a large number of law firms participating, free legal consultation services are being implemented simultaneously throughout Ho Chi Minh City. It is expected that 200 law firms will participate in the program, thereby further strengthening the dissemination and provision of free legal advice as a robust social and charitable activity of the legal profession.

At the headquarters of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association (104 Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City): Regularly from Monday to Friday.

At the headquarters of law firms in Ho Chi Minh City: Focus on the following dates: October 7-10, October 8, November 6, November 7, 2025 (from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM), and other dates as arranged by the law firms.

The Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association is organizing a free legal consultation program in 2025.
