Most businesses in the province have returned to normal operations after the Lunar New Year holiday of 2025 with enthusiastic and spirited work ethic; determined to maintain stable production levels, ensure the completion of production and business targets, and make a positive contribution to economic growth.
From February 3rd (the 6th day of the first lunar month), all staff and workers in all departments, from housekeeping to reception, of Hoang Gia International Joint Stock Company returned to work as usual. The staff and workers were enthusiastic and actively engaged in their work with a high sense of responsibility. Ms. Pham Thanh Huong, from the Housekeeping Department (Hoang Gia International Joint Stock Company), shared: “I am from Thai Nguyen, renting accommodation and working in Quang Ninh . During the recent Lunar New Year, I, like other workers in the unit, received care and attention from the company, ensuring a fulfilling holiday with salary, bonuses, and many practical gifts. I am very happy and feel secure in my commitment to the company. Immediately after the Tet holiday, the workers quickly returned to work. Especially on the first day back, we received lucky money from the company's leaders to wish us a happy new year, encouraging us to do even better and improve our skills.”
Ms. Tran Thu Ha, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Hoang Gia International Joint Stock Company, said: "During the recent Lunar New Year, the company awarded a 13th-month salary bonus, organized many practical activities, and visited and presented gifts to encourage employees in difficult circumstances. The employees were very happy. In particular, to maintain the welcoming of tourists during the Lunar New Year, the company promptly implemented a system for registering holiday duty schedules, prioritizing employees whose families live far away so they could return home for the holiday."
Meanwhile, at Weitai Ha Long Textile Company Limited and Weili Vietnam Textile Company Limited, nearly 4,800 workers from both companies have resumed production after the Lunar New Year holiday. All workshops, production lines, and departments of the companies have restored stable operations. In addition to organizing a welcome-back ceremony for workers, on the very first day of work, the company leaders gave out lucky money to encourage staff and workers to work diligently.
In businesses, the atmosphere in the early days of spring is bustling and hectic. The number of workers in businesses is relatively stable, meeting the requirements of all production lines. Workers generally comply well with regulations, arrive at work on schedule, and adhere to workplace safety standards. Job positions are quickly stabilized, production is in sync, and people are actively striving to complete and exceed the set plan.
To ensure stable operation of the power plants, many businesses arranged for workers to work throughout the Tet holiday, such as: Jinko Solar Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd., Integral Materials Investment Vietnam Co., Ltd., Quang Ninh Cement and Construction Joint Stock Company…
Mr. Ngo Duc Hung (Shift Supervisor, Uong Bi Thermal Power Joint Stock Company) shared: "This year there has been less rain, so thermal power plants are expected to operate at maximum capacity. To ensure stable operation of the generating units and guarantee electricity supply during the Lunar New Year, and to be ready to meet electricity demand during the dry season, my colleagues and I worked throughout the Tet holiday, maintaining three continuous shifts. The company provided sufficient food and traditional Tet-themed meals for the workers, implemented all holiday work regulations, and paid Tet bonuses, so the employees worked proactively, enthusiastically, and seriously, contributing to the unit's goal of achieving 4.2 billion kWh of electricity production in 2025."
In 2025, businesses are striving to recover, stabilize production, and maintain growth. This is also a crucial year for plans with higher goals in production, business, scale, and quality. Therefore, the return of businesses to stable operations immediately after the Tet holiday not only creates a competitive spirit at the beginning of the new year, contributing to boosting production and business, but also plays a very important role in promoting the province's economic growth.
