In terms of strength, CAHN is rated higher, however Thanh Hoa is also very formidable under the leadership of coach Velizar Popov. This is a match worth waiting for as both teams are very determined.

According to the rules, the two teams will compete for 90 minutes, if the score is tied, there will be a penalty shootout to determine the winner of the Super Cup without extra time. The Champion team will receive the Cup, a plaque, medals and prizes.
Accordingly, the team that wins the National Super Cup - THACO Cup 2023 will receive a prize of 300 million VND, the remaining team will receive 200 million VND. The prize for the player who scores the first goal is 10 million VND and the Best Player of the match is 10 million VND.
Like previous Super Cup matches, this year's Organizing Committee continues not to sell the broadcasting rights of the match to serve the entertainment needs of fans.
