Reports from members of the Government Steering Committee on science and technology development, innovation, digital transformation, and Project 06 show that the implementation of Resolution 57 and Project 06 has been progressing positively, but the actual results are still unclear. Only over 660 out of 1,100 tasks have been completed, reaching approximately 58% according to the Resolutions and Conclusions of the Central Committee.
Concluding the meeting, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung stated that output results are the ultimate measure. Ministers and heads of sectors and units must be directly responsible for the results of promoting scientific development, innovation, and digital transformation in their respective sectors, fields, and localities.

To create tangible progress, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung requested the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, and the Ministry of Construction to proactively commission specific projects related to human resources, vaccines, genetic data, and urban technical standards; because without practical needs, strategic technological products cannot be developed.
The Ministry of Public Security is tasked with overseeing data collection, the Ministry of Finance with developing specific financial mechanisms, and the Ministry of Science and Technology with coordinating standards and acceptance testing. The government also requires strengthening the "three-party" linkage: the State, universities, and businesses, to commercialize research results.
