Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh holds the position of Secretary of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee.

On the afternoon of March 29, the Standing Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee held a Provincial Party Committee Conference to listen to the announcement of the Politburo 's Decision on personnel work. Comrade Truong Thi Mai, Politburo member, Permanent Secretary of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Organization Commission attended and chaired the conference.

At the conference, comrade Truong Thi Mai presented the Politburo's decision approving the position of Secretary of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term to comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh.

Previously, on March 26, 2024, the Conference of the Executive Committee of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee elected comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term with 45 votes in favor, reaching 100% of the provincial Party Committee members present at the conference.

In her speech, comrade Truong Thi Mai said that comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh received basic training, grew up from the grassroots and has worked in many positions. During her work, no matter what position she held, comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh always strived, trained, and made positive contributions to the locality.

On behalf of the Politburo , comrade Truong Thi Mai congratulated comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh on taking on the new responsibility assigned by the Party, believing that he, together with the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Standing Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, will continue to unite, lead, and direct, creating strong changes, bringing Binh Thuan province to rapid and sustainable development.

Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh was born on May 2, 1977, in Dien Hoa commune, Dien Ban district, Quang Nam province. He has a Master's degree in Public Administration, Architect, Bachelor's degree in English, and advanced political theory.

Before February 2014, he was a member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Binh Thuan Provincial Youth Union, and member of the Central Youth Union Standing Committee.

Since February 2014, he has held the following positions: Secretary of Tuy Phong District Party Committee, Deputy Head of Internal Affairs Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, Head of Mass Mobilization Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Council.

From October 2020, he was elected as Standing Deputy Secretary of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Council.

On January 30, 2021, at the 13th National Congress of the Party, he was elected as an alternate member of the 13th Party Central Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh holds the position of Secretary of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, replacing comrade Duong Van An, who was decided by the Politburo to be transferred, assigned and appointed as Secretary of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee.
