On the afternoon of September 23, 2025, comrade Nguyen Hong Tham, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, and the working delegation came to work and survey the situation of deployment and implementation of propaganda and mass mobilization tasks from the beginning of 2025 to present in Hong Dan commune.

Hong Dan Commune was established on the basis of merging 03 communes (Ninh Hoa, Loc Ninh and Ngan Dua Town) (according to Resolution No. 1655/NQ-UBTVQH15, dated June 16, 2025 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of Ca Mau province in 2025) with a natural area of ​​124.92 ^km2 , a population of 53,260 people; there are 03 ethnic groups Kinh, Hoa, and Khmer living together. The Commune Party Committee has 49 Party Committees and affiliated Party cells . Of which: there are 04 grassroots Party Committees , 21 grassroots Party cells , 24 hamlet Party cells, with a total of 1,294 Party members .

Since the beginning of 2025, the Commune Party Committee has focused on disseminating and propagating the Party's resolutions, directives and conclusions; implementing the arrangement of the two-level government apparatus; promoting socio -economic development, building cultural life, new rural areas and civilized urban areas. The work of grasping and orienting public opinion has been carried out regularly, contributing to strengthening trust and creating consensus among the people; The Commune Party Committee has paid attention to promoting propaganda and disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, in conjunction with activities to celebrate important holidays and events of the country . The socio-economy continues to develop stably; national defense and security are maintained; the apparatus of the Party Committee and government operates smoothly, serving the people well without interruption. Regularly grasp the orientation of public opinion , cadres, party members and people have stable ideology, trust in the leadership of the Party, the management and administration of the State . Information and propaganda work is carried out with attention, the team of reporters, propagandists, and social opinion collaborators operate effectively, promptly reflect the thoughts and aspirations of the people, help the Party Committee and the government have timely solutions, not allowing hot spots to arise. Mass mobilization work is always well coordinated by departments, branches, sectors, the Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations .

Concluding the working session, comrade Nguyen Hong Tham praised and highly appreciated the results achieved by Hong Dan commune in propaganda and mass mobilization work in the past time. He has made many efforts in preparing for the Party Congress, orienting propaganda work, deploying and arranging the organization to operate effectively and efficiently.
