The conference passed decisions on the establishment of the Farmers' Association of Luong Hoa Lac commune, Dong Thap province; decisions on the appointment of the Executive Committee; Standing Committee; Chairman; Vice Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Luong Hoa Lac commune; decisions on the appointment of the position of Branch Head of the hamlets. Comrade Nguyen Thi Thuy Van, Party Committee member, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, holds the position of Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Luong Hoa Lac commune; appoints the new Executive Committee with 30 members and the Standing Committee with 5 members.

In the coming time, each cadre and farmer member of the commune needs to uphold the sense of responsibility, make efforts to learn, access information and new policies to effectively implement the association's activities; well manage and develop entrusted loan sources and farmer support fund sources.
At the same time, continue to propagate and mobilize members to compete in good production and business, effectively implement the Campaign for All People to Unite to Build New Rural Areas and Civilized Urban Areas, develop members in both scale and quality, build a strong Association organization, and contribute to the development of the homeland.
