After the merger, Nghe An Department of Construction has 1 Director and 7 Deputy Directors with 10 departments and 5 affiliated public service units.

On the morning of March 3, the People's Committee of Nghe An province held a ceremony to announce the decisions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the transfer and appointment of Directors and Deputy Directors of Departments after the arrangement and merger.

At the ceremony, the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs announced Resolution 07/NQ-HĐND of the Provincial People's Council on the establishment of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee. According to the resolution, the Department of Construction was established on the basis of merging the Department of Construction and the Department of Transport.

The Department of Construction (new) has 10 divisions, including: Department Office; Department Inspectorate; Transport Management; Infrastructure Management; Planning, Economics ; Quality Management; Project Appraisal; Architectural Planning and Urban Development; Housing Management and Real Estate Market; Science, Technology and Construction Materials and 5 affiliated public service units.
