Dak Lak province has many potentials and advantages; however, frankly speaking, it still has many limitations. These include a small-scale economy , with businesses mainly consisting of small, medium, and micro-enterprises.
The province currently lacks major projects, strategic investors, and large enterprises. Recognizing both its potential and limitations, the province is determined to systematically rebuild its planning after the merger with the former Phu Yen province. With a new development space, the province needs new ideas and will invite leading consultants to develop the plan. This will guide the province's development in the coming period, attracting investors and, in particular, leveraging the province's potential and advantages. Simultaneously, the province is also gradually implementing new development directions to create favorable conditions for all businesses to operate.
We are committed to supporting businesses and creating the best possible conditions for their development. The province will also implement digital transformation, administrative reform, especially in administrative procedures and land access; and be open and transparent with businesses to create a transparent process in handling work. The Provincial People's Committee is also assigning departments and agencies to develop procedures to clearly define the government's responsibility in resolving issues for businesses and to publicly disclose planning, procedures, and progress for businesses to understand.

We have been implementing a comprehensive set of solutions, including shortening administrative procedure processing times, enhancing the application of digital technology in investment management, and maintaining regular dialogue channels to listen to and promptly address business concerns in areas such as land, labor, environment, and import/export procedures. Furthermore, the Board collaborates with relevant departments and local authorities to support labor recruitment, ensure adequate technical infrastructure, and provide electricity, water, and transportation for production. Simultaneously, we encourage businesses to innovate technology, invest in green production and the circular economy, creating a foundation for long-term sustainable development.
Our goal is that by the end of 2025, businesses in economic zones and industrial parks will achieve and surpass their production targets, maintain stable growth rates, continue to make significant contributions to budget revenue, and create jobs for workers. The Board will continue to act as a reliable bridge between the government and businesses, ensuring that all support resources are deployed quickly and effectively, creating a more open, safe, and attractive investment environment.

As an organization representing the voice of the business community and acting as a bridge between businesses and local authorities, the Association will continue to bridge the gap, gathering difficulties, obstacles, and proposals and recommendations from businesses in the province to submit to competent authorities. Simultaneously, it will strengthen legal support activities for businesses, helping them resolve legal issues arising during their production and business operations.
Representatives of the Association will also attend conferences and meetings with provincial leaders and departments, thereby listening to, exchanging ideas with, and answering questions and addressing suggestions from businesses. In addition, the Association will strengthen networking and trade promotion activities both domestically and internationally to support businesses in expanding their markets.
