Dak Lak province has many potentials and advantages, but frankly speaking, there are still many limitations. In particular, the economic scale is small, the enterprises are mainly medium, small and micro enterprises.

The province also does not have large projects, strategic investors and large enterprises investing in it. Realizing the potentials as well as limitations, in the coming time, the province is determined to systematically rebuild the planning of Dak Lak province after merging with Phu Yen province (old). With a new development space, the province needs new ideas and will invite leading consultants to build the planning. From there, the province's development orientation in the coming period will be to attract investors, especially to promote the potentials and advantages of the province. At the same time, the province is also gradually implementing new development orientations to create conditions for all enterprises to operate.

We are committed to accompanying businesses and creating the best conditions for businesses to develop. The province will also innovate digital transformation, administrative reform, especially administrative procedures and land access; be public and open with businesses to create transparency in the process of handling work. The Provincial People's Committee is also assigning departments, branches and sectors to build procedures to clearly see the responsibility of the government in solving problems for businesses and publicize planning, processes and progress of procedures for businesses to understand.

♦ Head of Phu Yen Economic Zone Management Board Huynh Lu Tan :

We have been synchronously implementing many solutions such as: shortening the time to handle administrative procedures, enhancing the application of digital technology in investment management, maintaining regular dialogue channels to listen and immediately handle the difficulties of enterprises in the fields of land, labor, environment, import-export procedures. In addition, the Board also coordinates with departments, branches and local authorities in supporting labor recruitment, ensuring technical infrastructure and electricity, water, and transportation for production. At the same time, encourage enterprises to innovate technology, invest in green production and circular economy, creating a foundation for long-term sustainable development.

Our goal is that by the end of 2025, enterprises in economic zones and industrial parks will achieve and exceed production plans, maintain a stable growth rate, continue to make important contributions to budget revenue and create jobs for workers. The Board will continue to act as a reliable bridge between the government and enterprises, ensuring that all support resources are deployed quickly and effectively, creating a more open, safe and attractive investment environment.

♦ Vice President of Provincial Business Association Pham Dong Thanh :

As an organization representing the voice of the business community and also a bridge between businesses and local authorities, the Association will continue to act as a bridge, gathering difficulties, problems and proposals and recommendations of businesses in the province to submit to competent authorities. At the same time, it will promote legal support activities for businesses, helping businesses solve legal problems arising in the process of production and business activities.

Representatives of the Association will also attend conferences and meetings with provincial leaders and departments, branches and sectors, thereby listening, exchanging and answering questions and suggestions from businesses. In addition, the Association will also strengthen domestic and international trade promotion and connection activities to support businesses in expanding their markets.
