Speaking at the seminar, Dr. Do Tran Phuong, Deputy Head of the Tourism Faculty, Hanoi University of Culture, stated that diversifying tourism products should not only rely on traditional destinations but also develop unique new products. Combining traditional cultural values with natural landscapes such as caves will create new and attractive tourism experiences that will draw visitors. However, this combination must comply with legal regulations, aim for sustainable tourism development, and be linked to the interests of the local people.

At the seminar, experts and researchers also discussed the development of art products in caves in conjunction with environmental protection and the promotion of local cultural values; the responsibilities of management units, businesses, and the community; trends in promoting the potential of caves through art programs worldwide ; and the experiences of several countries.

Combining natural heritage conservation with cultural and artistic innovation to develop new tourism products such as art performances, 3D mapping, or community cultural experiences in caves will contribute to extending the length of stay, attracting a stable number of visitors, and creating a unique and attractive destination for the area and surrounding regions.

The opinions shared at the seminar all agreed that cave tourism is not only a journey to discover the magnificent beauty of nature, but also opens up opportunities for the cultural industry, aiming to build green, distinctive, and sustainable tourism products.

At the seminar, the Vietnam Federation of UNESCO Associations awarded the "Pioneering Mission on the Heritage Journey" to Ngoc Rong Cave Co., Ltd., recognizing its innovative efforts in developing tourism products linked to heritage and communities.

The event is an important step in realizing the spirit of the declaration to promote the creative economy and cultural connectivity for sustainable development, while opening up many prospects for the night-time economy model and cultural industry in localities rich in natural resources such as Quang Ninh.
