Sharing at the seminar, Dr. Do Tran Phuong, Deputy Head of the Faculty of Tourism , Hanoi University of Culture, said that diversifying tourism products does not only rely on traditional destinations but also requires developing new and unique products. The combination of traditional cultural values and natural landscapes such as caves will create new and attractive tourism experiences to attract tourists. However, this combination must ensure the provisions of the law, aim at sustainable tourism development and be associated with the interests of the people.

At the seminar, experts and researchers also discussed the development of cave art products associated with environmental protection, promoting indigenous cultural values; the responsibilities of management units, businesses and communities; the trend of promoting cave potential from world art programs and the experiences of some countries.

Combining the conservation of natural heritage with cultural and artistic creativity to develop new tourism products such as art performances, 3D mapping lighting or community cultural experiences in caves will contribute to extending the length of stay, attracting a stable number of visitors and creating a difference and attraction for the destination and surrounding areas.

Opinions shared at the seminar also agreed that cave tourism is not only a journey to discover the majestic beauty of nature, but also opens up opportunities for the cultural industry, aiming to build green, unique and sustainable tourism products.

At the seminar, the Vietnam Federation of UNESCO Associations awarded the "Pioneering Mission on the Heritage Journey" to Hang Ngoc Rong Company Limited, recognizing its innovative efforts in developing tourism products associated with heritage and the community.

The event is an important step in realizing the spirit of the manifesto promoting creative economy and cultural connection for sustainable development, while opening up many prospects for the night-time economy model and cultural industry in localities rich in natural resources such as Quang Ninh.
