For the Long Hung Bridge Project, CC1 proposed a route with a length of over 11.7km; the starting point intersects with Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City at the Go Cong intersection, Long Phuoc ward, Ho Chi Minh City; the end point intersects with National Highway 51, An Phuoc commune, Dong Nai province. Specifically, the Long Hung Bridge itself is over 2.3km long, the approach road within Ho Chi Minh City is over 3.8km long, and the main route within Dong Nai province is over 5.5km long.

The investor also proposed two investment options for the project under the public-private partnership (PPP) model: Option 1 is a BOT contract and Option 2 is a BT contract with deferred payment. The total investment for the project is nearly 11 trillion VND.

For the Cat Lai Bridge Project, CC1 proposed a project with a total route length of over 11.6km, including the Cat Lai Bridge itself which is 4.7km long, with a preliminary total investment of over 18.8 trillion VND (excluding interest on loans during the construction period). Regarding the investment model, CC1 proposed a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, with Option 1 being a BOT and BT contract paid for by the state budget, Option 2 being a BT contract paid for by the state budget, and Option 3 being a BT contract paid for using land funds. Option 1 is the option recommended by the investor.

Concluding the working session, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha stated that the Cat Lai Bridge and Long Hung Bridge projects are essential for Dong Nai to complete its regional transportation infrastructure network. Regarding the Cat Lai Bridge, Dong Nai aims to commence construction in 2026 and put it into operation in 2028. Therefore, relevant agencies must complete the project dossier so that the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee can report to the Provincial Party Standing Committee. After approval, the dossier will be submitted to the Provincial People's Council for approval of the investment policy.

Regarding CC1's proposal for the Cat Lai Bridge Project, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha requested the investor to review and consider the best and quickest option. For the Long Hung Bridge Project, one investor has already proposed the project; therefore, Dong Nai province will review and select the most optimal option. At the same time, CC1 needs to consider and refine its plan to avoid impacting ongoing public investment projects in the area.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha also instructed the Department of Construction to review the suitability of the Cat Lai Bridge Project with the planning when submitting the project dossier to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Council.
