(Dan Tri Newspaper) - In the middle of the night, a thief broke into a coffee shop in Bac Lieu, calmly sat down, counted the money, then took it, put it in his pocket, and escaped.

On December 28th, the owner of RIO2 coffee shop (Ward 1, Bac Lieu City, Bac Lieu Province) reported that the shop had recently been burglarized.

According to security camera footage, at just after 1 AM that day, a person approximately 14-15 years old, wearing a black shirt and shorts, appeared inside the shop, approached the bar counter, and opened the shop's cash drawer.

The man calmly sat on the chair, pulled out and counted the bills of various denominations, then put the money in his pocket and fled.

The shop owner believes the thief took advantage of the deserted streets late at night and the security guard being asleep to break into the shop. The amount of money stolen by the thief was approximately 15 million VND.

Following the shop owner's report, local police are investigating the incident.
