Lancaster Residences D4, located at 78 Ton That Thuyet Street, District 4, is situated between District 1, District 7, and Thu Thiem. Surrounded by numerous rivers and canals, it enjoys a cool climate year-round and holds significant potential for development in infrastructure, urban planning, and service industries. From here, it's easy to access Districts 5 and 8. Notably, the project faces the renovated and greened Te Canal, where the developer plans to create a convenient port for both road and waterway transportation. The project will also provide social amenities for residents, such as an international standard kindergarten, a shopping center with nearly 3,000 parking spaces, a vocational training center, a medical diagnostic center, and more.

With a design concept resembling a sail gliding on waves, integrating nature into the living space, saving energy, and featuring a beautiful, harmonious overall architecture that suits the building's area and surrounding landscape, while especially ensuring structural safety, the design by NQH Architecture Co., Ltd. won first prize. NQH's reward is a comprehensive design consulting contract for the entire LANCASTER RESIDENCES D4 project. Second prize went to DWP, with a reward of $12,000. Third prize went to AW2, with a reward of $8,000. Fourth prize went to ICIC, with a reward of $5,000.

Architect Nguyen Quang Hien – Director of NQH Architecture Company – the winning firm in the competition, said: “In my design, the towers are curved so that most apartments can face the river and minimize the heat from the west sun, while still ensuring ventilation for the apartments, allowing each apartment to receive direct natural light. Green spaces are also given great attention, with trees planted around the towers, and especially, the safety of the building is my top priority.”

During the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Trung – Deputy General Director of TTG, and General Director of Sabetran Trung Thuy Company, stated: “We hope that after the Lancaster Residences D4 project is completed, all other investors will feel the healthy living environment and potential, as well as the profits that the project brings, and will collectively invest in building more high-rises, shopping centers, and more high-standard living spaces so that in a short time we can transform District 4 into District 1+.”

According to the legal documents approved by the authorities, the project has a total area of over 2.3 hectares, including 13,800 m² for infrastructure, internal roads, and auxiliary facilities; 5,000 m² for the construction of apartment and office buildings, a shopping mall, and 4,350 m² for a kindergarten, with a total investment of approximately 5,800 billion VND. With its advantageous location and the dedication and financial strength of the investor, the project promises to be a landmark for the Ton That Thuyet - Ben Van Don area in District 4, featuring a chain of luxury apartments, a shopping mall, offices, a kindergarten, a marina, a swimming pool, a medical diagnostic center, a supermarket, a cinema, etc. (For more information, please visit www.trungthuygroup.vn.)
