Located on a prime land plot in Cau Giay district, block A1-2, adjacent to the Mai Dich overpass intersection with 3 frontages: Ring Road 3 (Pham Hung), Xuan Thuy and Tran Quoc Vuong, the land plot implementing the Constrexim Complex project from 2012 to present is still surrounded by abandoned corrugated iron, causing waste.

The Constrexim Complex project is invested by Vietnam Investment Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company (Constrexim Holdings). In the photo, the red circled area is the project land plot.

The project has a scale of 292,439 m2, of which the construction area is 25,541 m2 and the density is 38%.
According to Dan Viet reporter's records on April 8, 2024, inside the project, trees are growing wildly, the sewers are polluted and smell bad, and people are raising chickens and ducks inside the project.
According to research, most of the project land was previously the temporary Dich Vong Hau agricultural market area and the student night market in the evening. However, in 2019, the investor urgently cleared the land to implement the project. However, since the temporary Dich Vong Hau agricultural market was stopped, the land area for the project implementation has only been fenced with corrugated iron and left empty.
Notably, inside the project is also a car parking area.
Garbage piled up inside the project.
The road side adjacent to the Mai Dich overpass intersection is surrounded by corrugated iron, covered with trees and weeds, even climbing up the lamp posts.
The project name sign is no longer intact.
Some sidewalks around the project were fenced off with corrugated iron, leaving no way for people to walk on the road and bend over to avoid the overgrown vines at the project. It is known that as of September 30, 2023, Constrexim Holdings has invested 486 billion VND in unfinished costs in the Constrexim Complex (A1) mixed-use building project.
Traffic signs near the project are blocked by climbing plants and cannot be seen.
The fact that the investor left a project with a prime location like Constrexim Complex abandoned for decades has caused a waste of the city's land fund as well as ruined the appearance of the capital.
