On the London exchange, at 4:00 PM on February 8, 2025, Robusta coffee prices experienced a sharp decline compared to the previous day, falling by 72-90 USD/ton. Specifically, the price for March 2025 delivery was 5561 USD/ton (down 72 USD/ton), May 2025 delivery was 5564 USD/ton (down 82 USD/ton), July 2025 delivery was 5517 USD/ton (down 84 USD/ton), and September 2025 delivery was 5445 USD/ton (down 90 USD/ton).

At the close of trading, Arabica coffee prices on the New York exchange fell after 11 consecutive days of increases, decreasing by 0.40 – 2.10 cents/lb, fluctuating between 376.70 – 396.70 cents/lb. Specifically, the May 2025 contract was 396.70 cents/lb (down 0.40 cents/lb), the July 2025 contract was 386.80 cents/lb (down 1.95 cents/lb), and the September 2025 contract was 376.70 cents/lb (down 2.10 cents/lb). The March 2025 contract, however, saw an increase to 404.35 cents/lb (up 0.40 cents/lb).
Conversely, at the close of trading, Brazilian Arabica coffee prices continued their upward trend, recorded as follows: March 2025 delivery at $505.25/ton (up $7.65/ton), May 2025 delivery at $500.00/ton (up $8.35/ton), July 2025 delivery at $487.15/ton (down $2.60/ton), and September 2025 delivery at $469.50/ton (up $6.20/ton).
Domestic coffee prices are steadily decreasing .

The highest coffee purchase price in the key growing regions of the Central Highlands was recorded at 129,500 VND/kg. Specifically, today's coffee price in Dak Lak is 129,500 VND/kg (down 1,000 VND/kg), in Lam Dong it is 128,500 VND/kg (down 1,000 VND/kg), in Gia Lai it is 129,500 VND/kg (down 1,000 VND/kg), and in Dak Nong it is 129,500 VND/kg (down 1,000 VND/kg).
