According to the report of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, as of October 11, the Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee has received over 860 units and individuals with a registered donation amount of over 125.34 billion VND. Of which, 121.74 billion VND has been received; the amount registered but not yet transferred is 3.6 billion VND.
Based on the level of damage in the localities, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee - Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee reported to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for opinions, allocating 19 billion VND from the Provincial Relief Fund to provide emergency support (first time) to the damaged localities, the support level is from 1-3 billion VND, depending on the locality; support for families with dead, missing, injured people with the amount of 171 million VND with the support level of 10 million VND/dead or missing person; 3 million VND/injured person; support with address for Ha Hoa district according to the request of the unit to support the amount of 4.3 billion VND.
Based on the needs of the localities, the Fund Mobilization Committee is implementing a unified process to report to the Provincial Party Standing Committee to support localities in the second phase with an amount of 82 billion VND.
Thus, after 2 support rounds, the total amount allocated from the Provincial Relief Fund is expected to be 105,471 billion VND; the remaining amount is 16.27 billion VND.
Based on the report of the Provincial People's Committee on the damage situation and support needs, registration of localities in the province, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee - Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee has proposed the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front - Central Relief Mobilization Committee to continue to support Phu Tho province with an amount of 100 billion VND to continue supporting localities to overcome the consequences of damage caused by storm No. 3 in the province.
