Luxury yacht Mein Schiff 5 brings international guests to Ba Ria

The Mein Schiff 5 yacht (Malta nationality) is 295m long, 35m wide, with a capacity of 2,700 passengers and 1,000 crew members. This yacht has a diverse itinerary passing through many famous tourist destinations around the world . In 2023, the yacht "broke land" in Vietnam in Ba Ria - Vung Tau with 2,370 guests, opening up opportunities to increase international visitors, and since then, a series of other international yachts have continuously visited BR-VT.

On the first day of 2024, the Mein Schiff 5 cruise ship docked at Phu My port, Ba Ria - Vung Tau on its Southeast Asia journey, carrying nearly 2,000 passengers to Vietnam, mainly from Europe. Mein Schiff 5 was built in 2016 at a cost of more than $620 million. The yacht is 295 meters long, 35 meters wide, and can carry 2,700 passengers and 1,000 crew members.

In 2024, the Photo and Video Contest "Happy Vietnam - Happy Vietnam" continues to be organized by the Ministry of Information and Communications in coordination with the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists on the website https://happy.vietnam.vn for all Vietnamese citizens and foreigners aged 15 and over. The contest aims to honor individuals and groups with positive information products, making practical contributions to the propaganda and promotion of beautiful images of Vietnam to the world.
