Using AI to reconstruct a portrait of Emperor Qianlong, the appearance is astonishing.

Experts used paintings, historical records, and artificial intelligence (AI) to reconstruct portraits of Emperor Qianlong and his wife and children. This family photo surprised many because they were considered to have very good looks.

Emperor Qianlong (1711 - 1799), whose real name was Aixin Gioro Hongli, was the son of Emperor Yongzheng. After his father's death, Qianlong inherited the throne and ruled the country for 63 years. He was the longest-living emperor in feudal Chinese history, living to the age of 89.

Through paintings and historical records, experts have used artificial intelligence (AI) to reconstruct portraits of Emperor Qianlong and Empress Lingyi, along with their daughter and son. Upon viewing the reconstructed images, people are impressed by the handsome and majestic appearance of Emperor Qianlong.

Imperial Noble Consort Lingyi was one of the Emperor's most favored concubines. She bore six children for Emperor Qianlong , including the later Emperor Jiaqing.

Standing beside Emperor Qianlong in the AI-generated image is Imperial Noble Consort Lingyi. After ascending the throne, Emperor Jiaqing posthumously bestowed the title of Empress Xiaoyi Chun upon his mother. The AI-generated image shows Imperial Noble Consort Lingyi as a stunning beauty.

Princess Guluo Hejing (the first girl) was the daughter of Emperor Qianlong and Imperial Noble Consort Lingyi.

Upon viewing the AI-reconstructed images, many people were amazed by the beautiful appearance and harmonious facial features of Princess Guluo Hejing.

The boy in the reconstructed photograph is Prince Yongyan (later Emperor Jiaqing of the Qing Dynasty). Empress Lingyi gave birth to Prince Yongyan on November 13, 1760.

Upon viewing the AI-reconstructed photos, people were surprised by the adorable, bright face and regal bearing of Prince Yongyan. All four members of Emperor Qianlong's family possessed admirable appearances.
