At the meeting, localities reported on the preparations for the Congress and presented the draft political report of the 1st Party Congress of communes, term 2025 - 2030. In general, the reports were quite comprehensive, demonstrating the high sense of responsibility of the commune Party Committees.
The report content closely follows the direction of the superiors, correctly assesses the actual situation in the locality, clearly identifies the goals, tasks and key solutions in the new term. The commune documents are presented scientifically, have a clear structure, and focus on key tasks, especially in economic development, poverty reduction, and political system building.
The working group made specific comments on each draft document of the communes, clarifying the key targets, tasks and highly feasible solutions. Some documents were proposed to be adjusted and supplemented with content on key tasks in the coming term, focusing on the fields of economic development, poverty reduction, elimination of bad customs, ensuring national defense and security, Party building, consolidating the political system and building the great national unity bloc.

Concluding the working session, Colonel Lai Tien Giang acknowledged and highly appreciated the serious preparation and responsibility of the communes in drafting documents for the Congress. He requested that localities fully absorb the opinions of the working group to continue reviewing, supplementing and editing the documents, ensuring the content is tight, close to reality, clearly showing the development orientation and specific goals in the new term.
He also reminded the communes to carefully prepare conditions to serve the Congress, especially the work of organizing and operating, decorating and propagating, creating an exciting and united atmosphere within the entire Party Committee and local people, contributing to the successful organization of the Congress, truly becoming a widespread political activity at the grassroots level.
