EVNGENCO3: A thousand hearts, one spirit

EVNGENCO3 (Power Generation Corporation 3) and its member units and affiliated companies responded to the 11th EVN Pink Week with 400 units of donated blood.

The voluntary blood donation program at EVNGENCO3 and its member units has become an annual activity, a highlight in the series of social welfare activities, demonstrating the sense of responsibility and compassion of electricity industry workers towards the community.

Specifically, on December 17, 2025, at the Phu My Power Plant Operation and Maintenance Management Area, staff and workers from EVNGENCO3, Phu My Thermal Power Company, Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company, EPS Company, and the Phu My 3 & 2.2 Power Plant Operation Management Department (OPS) actively participated in the 11th EVN Pink Week with the theme "Thousands of hearts, one spirit".

The atmosphere at the blood donation event was made more joyful by the smiles of the volunteers, each bringing to the program a spirit of sharing and helping patients in need of blood for treatment. As a result, the Ho Chi Minh City Humanitarian Blood Donation Center, the unit accompanying Power Generation Corporation 3 in this program, collected 165 units of blood, supplementing the blood supply for the hospital during the upcoming peak Tet Lunar New Year 2026.

In the Central and Central Highlands regions, employees of Buon Kuop Hydropower Company, in coordination with Dak Lak Power Company, organized a blood donation drive on December 13, 2025; Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company, in coordination with Gia Lai Power Company, participated in a blood donation drive on December 5, 2025; and Vinh Tan Thermal Power Company also responded to the program in Vinh Hao commune, Lam Dong province on November 28, 2025, with the participation of a large number of staff and union members. These three units contributed 38, 42, and 70 units of blood respectively, supplementing the blood supply for local hospitals.

Previously, on December 10, 2025, Mong Duong Thermal Power Company, in coordination with Quang Ninh Provincial General Hospital, organized a voluntary blood donation program. Understanding the significance of donating blood to save lives, a large number of officials, Party members, union members, and employees of the Company enthusiastically participated and contributed 79 units of blood.

On December 8, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, together with Power Engineering Consulting Company No. 3 (PECC3) - the host unit of the blood donation event - and other units in the power industry, employees of Power Generation Corporation No. 3 and the EVNGENCO3 Project Management Board participated in blood donation, in response to the 11th EVN Pink Week.

Other units within the Corporation, such as Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company, Ninh Binh Thermal Power Joint Stock Company, and Se San 3A Power Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, also simultaneously organized blood donation programs, contributing to spreading the spirit of compassion and sharing, and giving back to the community.

To date, after 11 rounds of the Pink Week campaign launched by EVN, many employees at units within EVNGENCO3 have participated in all 11 times, and many have donated more than 5 times, receiving commendations and awards from various levels. With approximately 500 units donated, this is a "gift of gratitude" that EVNGENCO3 is giving during the Customer Appreciation Month in 2025, towards the 71st anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnamese Electricity Industry (December 21, 1954 – December 21, 2025).
