As a tradition, every 5 years, FPT staff members together write a History and publish an internal publication. On the occasion of FPT's 35th anniversary, FPT introduces to the public a book that collects its stories as a gratitude to the country, community, customers, and partners who have nurtured and supported FPT to achieve the results it has today. This is also the first time FPT has shared its formula for success, called "FPT Way". FPT Way is the answer to FPT's longevity, drawn from 35 years of operating experience, from: Labor practices; Learning experiences from the world's leading companies; The quintessence of national culture, the tradition of fighting foreign invaders, people's war and the beauty of Vietnamese village culture... The company hopes that its efforts and practical stories can contribute more or less to businesses in the business process.

FPT Corporation will give some books to students - the future generation of the country and sell some to the public. Part of the book sales will be transferred to the Hope Fund to carry out charity projects.
