FPT Software has achieved ISO 45001 certification in Vietnam and Europe.

FPT Software (a subsidiary of FPT Group) has recently successfully obtained the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety certification at 12 offices and headquarters in Vietnam, Germany, and France.

Developed and overseen by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the ISO 45001:2018 certification requires very rigorous monitoring and measurement standards to evaluate the objectives, plans, leadership commitments, and training processes aimed at raising employee awareness in minimizing potential health risks to workers.

The established standards aim not only to create a safe and productive work environment but also to enhance employee experience and satisfaction. FPT Software has passed a rigorous assessment process, including on-site inspections, to demonstrate full compliance with ISO standards. To maintain this certification, FPT Software will still need to participate in all annual surveillance audits and be recertified every three years.

In addition, FPT Software has also achieved ISO 14001 certification, an international standard for environmental management systems. Given the anticipated new regulations, such as the Corporate Sustainability Assessment Directive expected to come into effect in 2025 in European Union member states, these achievements prepare the company to further penetrate new markets in the region.
