The 11 national strategic technology groups have demonstrated their indispensable role as pillars in all areas of the economy , national defense, and national security, reflecting the country's commitment to technological self-reliance.

The FPT Strategic Technology Steering Committee, chaired by FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh, with CEO Nguyen Van Khoa as the permanent vice-chairman, and other members of the Group's Executive Board, is responsible for leading and managing the implementation of strategic technology directions throughout the Group.
FPT Group Chairman Truong Gia Binh stated: “The world is entering a profound technological power shift: Artificial intelligence automates knowledge, semiconductor chips become the foundation of all economic sectors, cybersecurity determines digital sovereignty , and quantum computing will usher in a new era of computing. No power is greater when Vietnamese intelligence is placed in the right mission. FPT will become a place to gather and develop Vietnam's leading technology talents, working together to solve national problems. FPT will be a training ground for technological geniuses.”

Always at the forefront of new technological trends and involved in developing numerous IT infrastructures in key sectors of the economy since its inception, FPT is committed to continuing to work alongside the country in mastering technology.
In the field of quantum technology and AI , FPT established the Quantum AI & Cyber Security Research Institute (QACI), with Professor Ho Tu Bao as Scientific Director and Associate Professor Ngo Xuan Bach as Institute Director. QACI focuses on key activities including research and development of solutions; training PhDs and senior experts; and international cooperation. This is one of the first quantum research centers of a Vietnamese enterprise to date. FPT will invest $100 million in the Quantum AI & Cyber Security Research Institute.
In the field of UAVs With an estimated scale of $10 billion by 2035, FPT has appointed Mr. Vu Anh Tu, the Group's Chief Technology Officer, as the Director of FPT UAV. Over the past period, FPT has actively promoted the formation and development of the low-level economy in Vietnam by collaborating with technology, finance, and aviation organizations to establish the Low-Level Economy Alliance, chaired by FPT CEO Nguyen Van Khoa; and fostering cooperation between the Japan Unmanned Aviation Industry Promotion Association (JUIDA) and the Vietnam Aerospace and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Network (AUVS VN).
In the field of Railway Technology, FPT has appointed Mr. Pham Minh Tuan, Deputy General Director of the Group, to be responsible for managing FPT Railway Mobility Technology. Previously, FPT had achieved outstanding global success in the design, manufacturing, automotive software, semiconductors, IoT, SCADA, and supporting the operation of large-scale, continuously running 24/7 systems in many industries requiring high safety standards such as aviation, energy, and oil and gas.
In the data sector , FPT DC5, headed by Director Pham Duy Phuc, aims to build a "true-complete-clean-live" data platform, delivering better value for the nation and a better experience for customers.
In the field of cybersecurity , FPT Cyber Security, headed by Mr. Pham Tung Duong, Director of Information Security at FPT Software, will focus on investing in research and developing a cybersecurity ecosystem, aiming for a safe, autonomous, and sustainable digital environment.
