Accordingly, the list of 5 individuals awarded Certificates of Merit includes: Mr. Kim Sang Sik (South Korean nationality), head coach of the national U23 men's football team; Mr. Yoon Dong Hun (South Korean nationality), assistant coach of the national U23 men's football team; Mr. Lee Jung Soo (South Korean nationality), assistant coach of the national U23 men's football team; Mr. Lee Woon Jae (South Korean nationality), assistant coach of the national U23 men's football team; and Mr. Cedric Serge Christian Roger (French nationality), assistant coach of the national U23 men's football team.

Coach Kim Sang Sik and the coaching staff of the Vietnam U23 team were honored to receive a commendation from the Prime Minister .
This is seen as a great source of encouragement, a timely and well-deserved recognition from the Party and State leaders for the contributions of Coach Kim Sang Sik and his colleagues, as well as the entire Vietnam U23 team.
Currently, the Vietnam U23 team, under the guidance of coach Kim Sang-sik, is participating in the 33rd SEA Games with the goal of winning the gold medal. In the most recent press conference, on behalf of the coaching staff, coach Kim Sang-sik expressed his wish for the Vietnam U22 team to win the SEA Games 33 championship right here in Thailand.
Coach Kim Sang Sik also emphasized the intense nature of the match: "Both teams are determined to win, so I think the team that is better prepared physically and mentally will win."
According to the schedule, the semi-final match between Vietnam U22 and Philippines U22 will take place at 3:30 PM on December 15th at Rajamangala Stadium (Bangkok). The match will be played in a knockout format. If the two teams are tied after 90 minutes of regular time, extra time will be held with two 15-minute halves. If the match is still tied, a penalty shootout will decide which team advances to the final.
