Establishment of the Bao Lam 1 Commune Comprehensive Service Center

On December 15th, the People's Committee of Bao Lam 1 commune (Lam Dong province) held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the Comprehensive Service Center and to announce decisions regarding personnel matters.

Attending the ceremony were Comrade Truong Hoai Minh, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Bao Lam 1 commune; Trinh Van Thao, Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune; members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee; and leaders of the Commune's Department of Culture and Social Affairs.

At the ceremony, representatives from the Commune's Department of Culture and Social Affairs announced the decision to establish the Commune's Comprehensive Service Center, based on the transfer of 7 officials from the Bao Lam 1 Commune's Culture, Information and Sports Center and 3 officials from the Bao Loc Area Agricultural Technical Station. Simultaneously, they announced the appointment of Mr. Pham Ngan as Deputy Director and assigned him as Acting Director of the Commune's Comprehensive Service Center.

Comrade Pham Ngan has been appointed Deputy Director and assigned Acting Director of the Bao Lam 1 Commune General Service Center.

Accordingly, the Bao Lam 1 Commune General Service Center is a public service unit directly under the Commune People's Committee. Its function is to provide public services in the fields of culture, sports , tourism, information, communication, environment, agricultural extension, etc., within the commune. The Center has legal personality, its own seal, and a separate bank account as prescribed by law.

At the ceremony, Mr. Trinh Van Thao, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bao Lam 1 commune, emphasized that the establishment of the center is an important step towards reforming and improving the quality of state management.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bao Lam 1 commune requested the Center to quickly stabilize its organization, build a united team, and clearly assign tasks to officials and employees. He urged them to focus on communication, cultural, artistic, and sports activities, and to provide good support for agricultural extension and environmental activities at the grassroots level; contributing to the successful implementation of the resolutions set forth by the Party Congress of Bao Lam 1 commune, together with the Party Committee, government, and people of Bao Lam 1 commune.
