According to the Lam Dong Provincial Land Development Center, the unit currently has one main facility and two branch centers. The main facility has four specialized departments and three Land Development Boards, managing the wards and communes (belonging to the former Lam Dong area before reorganization).
Branch No. 1 of the Land Development Center has 4 specialized departments and 6 Land Development Boards managing wards, communes, and special zones in the coastal area (formerly Binh Thuan ).
Branch No. 2 of the Land Development Center has 4 specialized departments and a Land Development Board managing the wards and communes in the mountainous region (formerly Dak Nong ).

Currently, the Provincial Land Development Center has 285 officials and employees. Of these, 107 are at the main center, 140 are at Branch No. 1 of the Land Development Center, and 38 are at Branch No. 2 of the Land Development Center.
The Provincial Land Development Center is currently implementing 148 compensation, support, and land clearance projects. The unit is also carrying out 64 land development and land use right auction projects.
Following the reorganization, the Provincial Land Development Center quickly streamlined its structure and established and implemented its internal regulations and rules. However, the Center's main facility still lacks a proper office building.
According to the head of the Provincial Land Development Center, the workload for the assigned tasks in Lam Dong province after the reorganization is very large and the nature of the work is very urgent.
The unit requested the province to allocate office space and appoint additional leaders to facilitate leadership, direction, and implementation of professional tasks, land clearance work, and public relations.

At the meeting, the Land Development Center and its branches No. 1 and No. 2 reported on the progress of the projects.
Among these, there are many key projects such as: the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway, the Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway, the Kazam reservoir project, the Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet road (part of the North-South expressway), the high-speed railway line, etc.

Representatives from relevant departments and agencies directly addressed requests regarding leadership, human resources, and issues related to the unit's operations.
Most opinions suggest that the most important and urgent task now is to find a suitable location for the Provincial Land Development Center.

This unit is responsible for land clearance, so receiving citizens to address their requests related to compensation and support is a regular activity.
The headquarters also serves as the basis for registering procedures and documents, including those related to the unit's budget.

Permanent Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen shared his understanding of the difficulties faced by the Provincial Land Fund Development Center in its operations after restructuring.
With a massive workload, the Provincial Land Development Center must develop a suitable and scientific roadmap and implementation plan, prioritizing tasks in order of urgency.
The Lam Dong Provincial Land Development Center focuses on its primary task of disbursing public investment funds and completing key, unfinished projects. The Center needs to be proactive and flexible, carrying out multiple tasks simultaneously to accelerate the land clearance process.
Permanent Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen
Comrade Le Trong Yen instructed the relevant departments and agencies, according to their functions and duties, to evaluate and propose a suitable and effective operational model for the Provincial Land Fund Development Center.
The goal is to facilitate the synchronized and efficient operation of the center, contributing to the fulfillment of specialized tasks in particular, and the socio-economic development of the province in general.
