On the morning of December 11th, the Mining Construction Company - TKV held a conference to summarize its production and business activities in 2025 and a conference for employees in 2026.

In 2025, despite numerous challenges including dispersed production areas, complex geological conditions, rising material prices, and the impact of natural disasters, the Mining Construction Company - TKV still completed and exceeded many important targets. The entire company completed 20,948 meters of tunnel excavation and trimming, achieving 101% of the annual plan. Total revenue reached over 1,360 billion VND, achieving 102% of the annual plan; average income reached 20.86 million VND/person/month, with miners earning over 25.8 million VND/person/month. The company ensured employment, income, and full implementation of policies and regulations for over 2,000 workers; expanded investment in equipment and mechanization, and improved productivity and construction quality.

In 2026, the Mining Construction Company aims to maintain stable production, striving to excavate 21,000 meters of tunnels, achieving revenue and construction value of 1,225 billion VND, and an average income of 21.76 million VND/person/month.

Leaders of the Mining Construction Company visited and presented gifts to encourage the tunnel excavation teams to successfully complete their tasks.

To accomplish its objectives, the company will strengthen its leadership and management decisively from the beginning of the year; closely coordinate with other units to ensure continuous construction work. Simultaneously, it will continue to invest in mechanization, automation, and digital transformation to enhance production capacity. Technical work, safety, and industrial hygiene will be prioritized to improve quality; cost management and internal administration will be tightened. Alongside this, efforts will be made to attract and retain miners and to promote training and skill development. The company aims to prevent serious accidents, improve working conditions, and enhance employee welfare.
