On the morning of December 10th, An Bien ward organized an enforcement action to count the assets of Hong Quang Joint Stock Company in order to clear the land for the Flower Garden Project at Cau Niem roundabout.
The total land area to be acquired is 20,164.6 m² at address No. 26, Cau Niem Ring Road. The compulsory inventory of land, structures, buildings, crops, and other related assets on the acquired area will be carried out to determine the actual volume of affected properties, serving as the basis for developing a compensation and resettlement plan.

Previously, the People's Committee of An Bien Ward had repeatedly worked with, publicized, and sent notices and decisions related to the land survey in accordance with the Land Law. However, the land users did not cooperate, affecting the overall progress of the project.
The compulsory inventory count will be conducted after the People's Committee of the ward has completed all procedures and formalities in accordance with the law, ensuring transparency and openness.

During the implementation process, the ward's functional forces coordinated closely, ensuring security and order, and the safety of people and property, while also creating a complete record of the current situation in accordance with regulations.
The Flower Garden project at Cau Niem roundabout is a community service project that contributes to urban beautification and creates a space for cultural and sports activities for the people. Completing the inventory is a crucial step to ensure the project's progress.
