Domestic coffee prices today
Domestic coffee prices in the Central Highlands region today, December 11, 2025, increased slightly by 200 to 300 VND, fluctuating between 100,700 and 101,500 VND/kg.
Specifically, in Lam Dong province, the prices in Di Linh, Bao Loc, and Lam Ha increased slightly by 200 VND/kg compared to yesterday, trading at the same level of 100,700 VND/kg.
In Dak Lak province, the Cu M'gar area is currently buying coffee at 101,300 VND/kg, an increase of 200 VND/kg compared to yesterday. The Ea H'leo and Buon Ho areas are trading at 101,200 VND/kg.
In Dak Nong (Lam Dong province), traders in Gia Nghia and Dak R'lap increased prices by 300 VND/kg compared to yesterday, trading at 101,500 and 101,400 VND/kg respectively.
In Gia Lai province, the Chu Prong area is trading at 100,800 VND/kg, while Pleiku and La Grai are at 100,700 VND/kg, an increase of 200 VND/kg compared to yesterday.

Despite a recent rebound, coffee prices are still 15,000-17,000 VND/kg lower than their peak a month ago. This is due to a prolonged period of sharp declines lasting several consecutive days.
Representatives of the Vietnam Coffee and Cocoa Association stated that the price drop is mainly due to fluctuations in supply and demand and the global market, especially as Vietnam enters its peak harvest season with a significant increase in production.
Prices on the exchange have just stopped falling and edged up slightly due to the influence of supply and demand and investment flows. However, after a prolonged period of strong increases, coffee prices are predicted to fall unless unfavorable factors such as weather occur, as global supply is increasing.
In reality, prices are showing signs of recovery, but many farmers are still selling immediately after harvest due to concerns that prices may not be able to maintain good levels. However, thanks to high yields and the overall price level this season, most farmers are still achieving positive profits.
World coffee prices today
Coffee prices rose again in the most recent trading session:
Robusta coffee (London):
January 2026 delivery: Down $2/ton to $4,226/ton
March 2026 delivery: Increased by $27/ton to $4,136/ton
Arabica Coffee (New York):
December 2025 delivery: Up 7.8 cents/lb to 402 cents/lb
March 2026 delivery: Up 4.95 cents/lb to 373.7 cents/lb
Brazil's green coffee bean exports in November 2025 fell sharply by 27.1% year-on-year to just 3.28 million bags. This decline occurred amidst continuous volatility in the global coffee market.
Europe's decision to postpone the implementation of the EUDR regulation for another year means that EU countries continue to purchase agricultural products from areas where deforestation still occurs. Therefore, coffee from EUDR-compliant regions has not had the opportunity to increase in price due to the lack of a clear competitive advantage.
The USDA forecasts Brazil will achieve a record production of 4.242 million tons in the 2026/27 crop year, leading to abundant long-term supply and reducing the likelihood of a sharp increase in coffee prices. While Vietnam remains the number one producer of Robusta, Rabobank experts believe Brazil is making rapid progress and could overtake it thanks to its supply chain advantages.
Robusta has a higher caffeine content and a stronger flavor than Arabica, but today's younger consumers are less concerned with the bean type and more focused on "preferred brewing." If coffee prices continue to rise, they may switch to Robusta because of its more affordable price.
