The Galaxy S24 series will have an 'attractive' price.

According to PhoneArena , this means users can expect the Galaxy S24 to start at $800, while the Galaxy S24 Plus will be $1,000 and the Galaxy S24 Ultra $1,200. This move by Samsung is believed to be aimed at taking full advantage of the smartphone market recovery to achieve sales more than 10% higher than last year, or more precisely, over 33 million units.

Having a similar price to its predecessor makes the Galaxy S24 series even more attractive.

Previous reports indicated that Samsung would not equip the Galaxy S24 series with more RAM than the current version due to rising memory costs. This is true even though artificial intelligence (AI) features require more RAM.

Another way Samsung chose to save costs was to bring back its in-house Exynos chip, instead of relying entirely on Snapdragon chips like the Galaxy S23 series, which only used the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip. It seems that in some regions, the Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus will come with the Exynos 2400 chip, while all Galaxy S24 Ultra models will come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. The top-of-the-line Galaxy S24 Ultra is rumored to have a new 50MP telephoto camera and a flat screen, while the standard and Plus models may feature larger batteries.

Samsung's new phone models are also expected to feature numerous AI capabilities, including real-time call translation, photo editing features, and a variety of AI wallpapers. It remains to be seen whether these features will help the upcoming high-end line surpass its competitors to become the best phone.
