Previous information suggests that the Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus retain the elegant and modern design style of the Galaxy S series. The S25 is the most compact of the three, with a 6.2-inch screen and lightweight design, offering a comfortable feel; the S25 Plus is larger with a 6.7-inch screen.

Meanwhile, the S25 Ultra will have a more rounded design, providing a more comfortable and pleasant grip for users.

The Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus are expected to feature a triple rear camera system including: a 50MP sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 10MP telephoto camera supporting 3X optical zoom. The front camera will have a resolution of 12MP.

All three phones are expected to use the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip, with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Higher-end variants of the Galaxy S25 Plus and Galaxy S25 Ultra may offer users 16GB of RAM.

All three phones will come pre-installed with the One UI 7 user interface, run on Android 15, and receive seven major Android OS updates.
