On June 27, Binh Duong Trade and Tourism Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Green Sword Lake project in Lai Thieu Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province with a total investment of about 1 billion USD. Attending the event were Secretary of the Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Loi, Chairman of the Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Minh and leaders of departments and branches.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thai Binh Investment Joint Stock Company (TBS Group) Nguyen Duc Thuan said that the Ho Guom Xanh urban area project is one of the projects with the largest scale and total investment ever in Binh Duong invested by TBS Land Investment Joint Stock Company, a member unit of TBS Group.
According to Mr. Thuan, the project has a scale of 26.4 hectares, located on the frontage of National Highway 13 - Binh Duong Boulevard, planned synchronously according to the model "City within a City", the project is not only a place to live but also a civilized community, fully integrating the functions of living - working - entertainment - resort. The total investment is about 11,920 billion VND.
The project bears a strong traditional cultural imprint when inspired by Hoan Kiem Lake - the sacred cultural symbol of the capital Hanoi, aiming to bring a part of the Vietnamese soul to the South. In particular, in the overall design, the project's landscape space will simulate a part of Hoan Kiem Lake and The Huc Bridge, creating a symbolic highlight and evoking nostalgic emotions for those who love Hanoi.
Ho Guom Xanh urban area will provide a variety of real estate products, including: a 24-storey hotel and commercial center; High-rise apartment complex (maximum 40 floors); Social housing apartment buildings from 5-12 floors and 4,200 apartments and townhouses, schools, parks, public spaces... After completion, the project will serve about 10,500 residents, playing the role of a nucleus promoting urbanization development in the North of Thu Duc City and Thuan An City.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Minh emphasized that after nearly 30 years of establishment, construction and development, with the support of the business community, Binh Duong province has grown strongly, becoming a "bright spot" of the country not only in attracting investment, economic growth and development, innovation, building a smart city but also one of the "top" localities in implementing well the work of sustainable poverty reduction, ensuring national defense and security.
Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Minh requested the leaders of Binh Duong Trade and Tourism Joint Stock Company to implement the project on time, with quality requirements and in accordance with the approved design. During the construction process, strictly comply with regulations on labor safety, traffic safety and environmental sanitation, minimizing the impact and inconvenience to people around the area, people and vehicles participating in traffic on National Highway 13.
Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Minh requested functional units to provide guidance, support, and create favorable conditions for investors to complete the project as quickly as possible. At the same time, monitor and inspect to promptly detect and correct shortcomings and handle or report and recommend competent authorities to handle violations (if any) in accordance with regulations.
