On October 3, Sa Pa Ward Youth Union coordinated with Sa Pa Ward Police to organize the program "Happy Mid-Autumn Festival - Nurturing aspirations" at O ​​Quy Ho Kindergarten and San Sa Ho 1 Primary School, bringing a warm and memorable Mid-Autumn Festival to the students.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Sa Pa ward presented 20 gifts worth 4 million VND to students in difficult circumstances, to share, encourage and motivate them in the new school year.
