According to the Civil Defense Command, Ministry of Construction , as of the morning of October 2, the road system across the country recorded a total of 97 traffic jams.
Specifically, in Lao Cai province, there are 06 locations; expected to reopen to traffic by 4:00 p.m. on October 2, 2025. In Tuyen Quang province, there are 06 locations; expected to reopen to traffic by 3:00 p.m. on October 2, 2025.
Thanh Hoa province has a total of 32 flooded and sunken locations, including: National highways (20 sunken locations); 12 flooded local roads; expected to reopen to traffic by 7:00 p.m. on October 2, 2025.
Nghe An province has a total of 42 flooded and sunken locations, including: National Highway 17 has sunken locations; 25 flooded local roads; expected to reopen to traffic by 7:00 p.m. on October 2, 2025.
Ninh Binh province: 02 locations; expected to reopen to traffic at 13:00 on October 2, 2025. Cao Bang province: 06 locations; expected to reopen to traffic at 18:00 on October 2, 2025. Son La province: 03 locations; expected to reopen to traffic at 17:00 on October 2, 2025.
