Nearly 300 workers in An Khe ward received free vaccinations and medical examinations.

DNO - On August 29 and 30, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Khe Ward, the Ward Trade Union coordinated with Long Chau Pharmacy to organize a flu vaccination program for union members and workers and a community health check-up for the front working group in the ward.

Nearly 300 union members, workers and officers of the front work committee participated in the program. Each union member received a flu vaccine injection, worth 300,000 VND; the front work committee received health check-ups, consultations and gifts worth 150,000 VND.

Vaccination and health check-ups not only prevent flu during the changing seasons, but also raise public awareness about taking care of their own health and that of their families.

The flu vaccination and community health check-up program is part of a series of meaningful activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.
