Improving State management capacity for commune-level officials and civil servants

On the morning of October 16, in Long Xuyen ward, the Department of Home Affairs organized a training conference to improve the capacity of State management on employment and labor law for commune-level officials and civil servants.

Accordingly, 135 leaders, cadres and civil servants of 45 communes and wards in An Giang province were deployed with the contents of Decree 128/2025/ND-CP and 129/2025/ND-CP on the division of authority and decentralization of the implementation of State management tasks in the field of internal affairs; State management of labor; conciliation process, settlement of labor disputes, settlement of strikes, work stoppages and domestic workers.

Delegates were also informed of policies and documents related to the employment sector; state management of occupational safety and hygiene; procedures for occupational safety and hygiene implemented at commune-level authorities; state management of workers working abroad under contracts and instructions on implementing policies to support non-refundable costs for workers...
