On the afternoon of August 26, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang and Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Phuoc Hien and Nguyen Ngoc Sam chaired a dialogue conference with enterprises and investors in the province related to the fields of land and taxes.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang affirmed that the land and tax sectors have a great impact on business operations. With an open, frank and constructive spirit, Quang Ngai hopes that businesses will boldly reflect on their problems and difficulties so that provincial leaders, departments and branches can listen, discuss and propose solutions to gradually remove them.
New issues that arise that can be answered specifically and accurately will be considered and answered immediately during the dialogue. For issues that are inappropriate, difficult, or historical in nature and require time, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, departments, and branches will listen and coordinate to consider and resolve them as soon as possible.
The goal is to solve as many difficulties and obstacles as possible, promote business development, and contribute positively to the economic and social growth of the province.

Since the beginning of 2025, Quang Ngai has drastically and synchronously implemented solutions to improve the investment and business environment, continued administrative reform, and created the most favorable conditions for businesses within the framework of legal regulations.
According to statistics, since the beginning of the year, the province's professional agencies have received 46 petitions from 40 enterprises and investors reporting on difficulties and obstacles in the process of investment, production and business activities. Difficulties mainly focus on the fields of land, taxes...
To date, many recommendations from businesses and investors have been promptly resolved by agencies, units and localities. As of the end of August 2025, 27/46 recommendations have been resolved by agencies and units.

At the dialogue conference, many businesses reported problems, mainly revolving around land and tax issues. Leaders of departments, branches and localities also answered the businesses' questions.

Concluding the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang shared the difficulties of enterprises and affirmed that the province is always dedicated and responsible in resolving difficulties and obstacles in production, business and investment activities. However, the basis for resolution must be based on current legal regulations. The province will direct relevant departments and branches to resolve enterprises' recommendations as quickly as possible.
“The province recommends that businesses proactively contact specialized agencies to promptly resolve problems, not allowing them to linger, affecting the legitimate rights of businesses as well as the province’s investment environment. It is recommended that provincial business associations operate effectively, truly acting as a bridge for the province to listen to and better resolve businesses’ recommendations,” emphasized Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang.
