89% of real estate brokers do not have or have expired practice certificates

(HTV) - A workshop on standardizing real estate brokerage training showed that 89% of brokers do not have or have expired certificates, more than 51% have not received formal training, while 93% want to take the exam to practice legally.

Legal gaps and training quality still have many shortcomings

According to experts, the lack of a practice certificate has caused tens of thousands of brokers to fall into a "legal void", unable to complete their practice records, leading to stagnation in transactions and the emergence of "illegal" practice.

In addition, the quality of real estate brokerage training is uneven, many poor quality courses are still common. This not only causes damage to learners, potential legal risks, but also negatively affects the image of the brokerage profession, reducing market confidence.
